Third-party content

  • IDX Broker — property listing search, community listing embeds, and the contact form iframe on our contact page
  • Google Ads / Analytics — measurement scripts loaded on select pages
  • Vercel Analytics — privacy-focused site analytics

The accessibility of embedded IDX content depends on that provider. If you have difficulty using listings or the contact form, please reach out directly and we will help you by phone or email.

Compatibility and known limitations

We test with modern browsers, keyboard navigation, and automated accessibility checkers. Some older browsers or assistive technology combinations may behave differently. Complex hover-based card overlays on large screens are supplemented with keyboard focus support; on smaller screens, full card content is shown without hover.
